I have experienced 4 Tenets of Akarat not spawning, the lion statues are there just not the shrines. I am sure this is also happening to other players, maybe different or the same Tennets of Akarat.
The locations are as follows:
Resting Void location
North Western Part of Spritcall Forest
Nether Valley
Northeast of Ichorfall

Adding:
- Dueling rivers - Teganze plateau
- Bloostained heights - Teganze plateau

Dueling Rivers is it for me. But I’m not completely done yet. Most of them were fixed after teleporting/relogging, but this one won’t fix itself at all. So annoying.
Edit: Nvm, Bloostained heights as well.

All 3 statues lit in The Tangles but no Tenet where it’s supposed to be
Maybe post a video of what you are doing. I got all of them just fine. Some require different mechanisms, and are a bit tricky to figure out.
It’s definitely a bug- I was having the same issue with certain ones not appearing so I quit off the game and rejoined which fixed the issue for the most part- sometimes it didn’t work.
Im having the same issue in the seven stones area two of them the shrines are not showing at all. Quit out and tried again and still the same issue

Same here! Hope it will get fixed very soon.
Resting void spawned for me after getting the other tenets in the same zone.
I found the fix! Change to Normal and they appear for me.

Worked for me, switched from Torment 1 to normal and I was able to interact with the statues in blood stained heights. Though the statues were bugged in the on position… interacting only made them have a glowier appearance. Many tenets require teleporting or changing difficulty as you couldn’t interact with them upon initial approach. 30/30 thanks!

I had to teleport to town and go back 5-10 times to get some of them to work.
Very annoying.
Dueling Rivers for me as well.
red tenet at Dueling Rivers is buggy.
restart game, relaunch game, teleport to other place then back,
nothing can help to enable this one.
plz, don’t add these contents into game anymore.
Dueling rivers wouldn’t load for me, even after porting and game restart. I finally managed to catch it by lowering my difficulty level.
Thank you! Going from T1 to Normal allowed me to see & interact with the tenet.
Dueling Rivers got fixed for me by upgrading my potion. Had given up on fixing it and was gonna find the others and hope they fixed it, after trying every other method, relogging, tp’ing around, completing quests etc. etc. Realized i could upgrade potion while in town and that apparently fixed it when i went back through portal.
Bloodstained Heights got fixed for me after i completed Tree of Whispers(Collected the cache), after trying every method for that one too.
These 2 were my only issues, and i’ve gotten all 30 Tenets done now, hope everyone reading this manages to get them despite all these bugs. Gl guys!
Just a follow up to this in case anyone else is struggling with it like I was… it seems to be instance related. The same is true for all of them. I was stuck on one not working because someone who reached the area before me activated it and I no longer could.
If you can’t get it to work, post in trade chat (or ask a friend if you have someone on) and accept an invite to their instance. This worked for me immediately and avoids all the logging in, out, leaving the zone, changing difficulty (unless you’re invited to a difficulty you don’t have access to I suppose) etc.
Changing difficulty each time they didn’t appear worked for me (Dueling Rivers, Bloodstained Heights, and Kehjan Pinnacles)
