Tenets of Akarat bugged

So out of nowhere I can no longer interact with or even see the Tenets of Akarat, I can see the stones and the spot they would be in but can’t interact with the stones or actually see the Tenet.

Same for me.
This is 2 Tenet with red statue. I don’t see the Tenet and I can’t click on the statue

Same was here. Try to relog, or try to change difficulty to “normal”. Worked for me.

I fixed my issue the same way

Ty, I have tried relogging and it doesnt work, but will try switching it to normal

other bugs as well, like activating all 3 stones but nothing’s happening.

They are puzzles :frowning:
Some you have to light them all. Some just one. In some cases you need to kill mobs around it. Others the light drifts in and then you need to attack the statue to clear it.

Same bug here. Happened twice on 2 seperate Tenets. Had to log out and log back in to get them to appear

Edit. A portal back to town also worked for me

We know that, the point is that we can’t interact with the totems whatsoever and the Tenet isn’t even there. Even if we could do the puzzle the Tenet still isn’t there or interactable.

yeah happened to me as well on about 3 of them especially ones with red orange or gold statues. I had to leave and come back later and managed to get them but I think they need to fix them so there is almost no cooldown so the next person can grab them.

I’ve been experiencing the same problem. Sometimes, I find the guardian stone but can’t interact with it. When I leave the game and log back in, it works fine. Please fix it, Blizzard

This is super annoying.

I’ve so far found about 6 sets of statues that I can’t interact with and that the tablet isn’t visible. Some of them have been lighting up, so I was wondering if doing side quests or killing things near them help, but I still can’t interact and some of them are all lit up.

I found some this morning that were all lit up, couldn’t interact. Joined a group and done some stuff, came back afterwards, no lights, I could use them.

One of the others I was able to interact with.

So far I have about 9 of these unlocked, so it’s almost a 50/50 chance that they’re working.

This is rediculous.

Switching difficulty, logging out, exiting the game… None of them seem to work for me :frowning:

Edit: After running around a little bit on normal, they seem to be working now.

IDK who thought it was a good idea to make them server-side.

For me teleporting to different region and waiting a bit 30seconds ± made one of them work again, maybe I swapped shards who knows.

This has been a problem since release and still nothing done about it. I can’t get all of the tenet of Akarat because of this. Even after many tries it is still bugged.

I found a tip on youtube that disabling cross platform would get rid of this bug. It helped in some cases, but not all. I can still found buggy stone guardians.

tldr: the tenet puzzles complete for all players in the instance but can only be collected by the player who actually did it.

try these:

  1. swap difficulty. hard, expert, t2, t3 are the least busy
  2. do them during the non-peak hours.
  3. get lucky enough to get put into a new instance. lol
  4. attempt to do them during a helltide. many more instances than usual and most tenet puzzles wont be solved since everyone will be doing the helltide instead
  5. could also attempt to do them during legions or world bosses since most players will be there and instances will empty/get recreated
