Tempting fate caged heart (+crit dmg -non crit damage) does this affect dot affects that cant crit?
anyone tested? for example, would poisoning damage do less damage even though it cant crit?
If the skill has an effect, going by the explanation of the heart then that effect would do less damage i’d imagine but I haven’t tested and somehow got a feeling I can’t trust Blizz to have it do exactly as it says or somehow someway have an exception to the rule haha
