I have been grinding sense launch everyday and have been 100 for a week now on my druid and still haven’t found a single Tempest Roar Unique Helm, I have been doing Helltides and Target farming NM Dungeons 40+ for the longest of time. I think my account is bugged because I havent even seen a single one but i find both pair of unique chest pieces for my class all the time, i have found at the least 7 of Insatiable Fury and Mad Wolf’s Glee , so 14 in total but only 1 unique helm and that for pulverize build. My account has to be bugged, Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes I’m 97 and haven’t seen one either, but got 2 more Mad Wolfs Glee and Crone staffs this morning. Could be bugged but haven’t seen it confirmed yet.

Got 2 yesterday and had 1 at 70 so got a decent 802 atm on 97

I’m curious if the seeding done on their random number algorithms is making it way more difficult or close to impossible to find certain items for certain players.
I’m about to hit 93, been specifically spamming the dungeons that have a higher chance to drop it in nightmare dungeons tier 40+. I have gotten everything else at least once (some I got 7-8x), still haven’t gotten a single drop of this helm. I’ll probably switch to another build and shelve it and forget about the item. It’s just incredibly dumb for Blizzard to lock several entire builds behind one unique item that has a very low chance of dropping. At least in D2, I could have traded several other unique duplicates that I didn’t need and could possibly work my way to the one item I’m missing. Now it’s just straight up a lottery and nothing at all can be done about it besides burning yourself trying as many times as possible until you get super lucky or give up. I could get it tomorrow or 9 months from now.

100 threads about this topic…It is funny people think their personal account is bugged. Good way to justify themselves because other people get the drop plenty.
I have 7 of them on HC from farming on a level 88 character. They exist.
I am actually aware that people are getting TRs quite a bit but I am not sure if people are always getting the same uniques 10 times but are kind of locked out of the other uniques? Or is this positive reinforcement?
same here lvl 100 since friday never saw it but I dropped 12 vasily… stupid boring game I’m giving up

4 Vasily, 2 Cleaver, 1 Fists of Fury, 1 insatiable, 2 hunters zenith, frostburn, penitent g.
Never Tempest Roar my bro.
248 hours played on druid only and still no Tempest Roar

I’m was somewhere around here and same thing, The problem in lies in poor class design along with them being semi rare. If they were very rare only a few ppl have them no problem, but as is seems a lot of people are getting them so its just to bad for you, your sol thanks for wasting your time.

i get that TR is nice to have, im lvl 100 stuck in pulverize for any survivability and dmg at higher dungeons. so really if u like many specs like i do. You feel stupid for wasting ur time on this game. its very gear dependent for endgame. i doubt i will even bother playing season one, i dont have the time to play mutiple characters as various levels of efficiency and gear.

I got boosted and from 50 on I have yet to see anything but some gloves, boots and chest and a few druid unique weapons. Not once have I seen a SINGLE unique helm drop.
There’s something fishy with the drops for druid in general rn dude. The stats are all over the place for what people are and aren’t getting…
EDIT: Buddy just got it after hundreds of hours focus farming NMDs from 50 onward… This ain’t right.

Druid is my last class to push end game, leveled myself last week. On Saturday I pushed into WT4 and from 60 to 78 I got multiple of every Druid unique, and the Tempest Roar. Since got the TR again at level 80. This has been about my normal experience on most classes, getting most of what I needed between 70-80 I think. I find it strange that so many are having bad luck, either that or we got some people being overly dramatic, but you know Blizzard has the actual drop rate % and data so they know how much its dropping.
I posted yesterday about the correlation between bear helm and wolf helm.
many people have noted that if you get a bear helm 1sr, it seems you are only going to get bear helms thereafter
it’s happening to me at 87 and my son who is 81.
we got bear helms early and any unique helm since is bear
if someone can bring this up to the devs tomorrow, it would be much appreciated
