Since the new expansion i can not get tempering recepies when i decided to go up of T2 lvl
i thought it was because i was not in the correct lvl o just finish to fiind all of them, however in the collection i dont have more than 17% of the recepies, just cannot find tempering recepies
I have more than 4 chacaractes on +T9 and still with basic recepies, cannot maximize my caracter for this problem
