Some people have reported having them unlocked and I know devs confirmed this being the case, but I have only 6 unlocked and just like rune shards aren’t dropping the same is affecting my tempering manual drops…please fix asap! This is a major setback on a season that is running for such a short period of time!

Mate i got the same problem. I leveled up my barb to 100 and im still missing some important temp manuals. It kind of messed up my build.
