Assuming this is a bug - I’m level 100 and haven’t gotten a Legendary Worldly Fortune Tempering Manual and I haven’t seen any Manual since probably level 70 or so - I’ve gotten every other one unlocked for my Sorc. I even went back and farmed Tier 3 Helltides to see if it would drop and got nothing.

Same here. No drops. Been 100 for a couple days and on tier 50+ pit

Same here as well. Level 100 and Worldly Fortune is stuck at rare. I may be mistaken but I thought I had it at legendary and then opened an Iron Wolves cache with a rare version and accidentally read that one which dropped mine back down to rare

Level 97, Playstation. Same here, I thought maybe I dropped one but my chest was full. I’m not sure if reading Rare one will downgrade, it seems they are stored separately if you open Tempering Recipes tab in Codex.

Same here, my tempering manual for Worldly Fortune is stuck at Magic. I’ve gotten the legendary versions of every other manual.

Update: Thought OP had a good idea and I went a step further back to WT2. Ran through Helltides for about 30 mins and eventually got the blue Wordly Fortune to drop.

Drops must be capped by WT or something. I’m headed to WT3 now to try and get the rare/legendary one now

Same here. This is annoying… I was banking stuffs for the legendary one…

Just tried, rare one drops in t3, but still no legendary one. Did everything, helltide, boss, whisper, etc.

Seems to be in seasonal progression… chapter 6…

Same here. What we can do? Just a few of us have this bug problem?

In comments above you can find that you can acquire this recipe from completing Season Chapter 6

Im in T3 (PS5) and getting only the Rare Natural Resistance temper to drop. Drop rates are good so far, its just the same manual. 6+ hours of helltides, whispers and World bosses.

Spent all day farming WT3 yesterday and have yet to get the rare Wordly Fortune to drop…

Thanks for the note about it coming from Season Journey 6. It’s a really stupid gate for its acquisition, but at least now I know I can acquire it.
