My account is stuck at 25/187 Tempering Recipes. I’m at paragon 239 with three characters. I noticed they stopped dropping when I was trying to farm them for my necromancer earlier this week. The Nec is a boosted character and I think the only ones are got were from the whisper caches I used to boost it to lvl 70. Not sure what happened with my rogue or barb which were NOT boosted.
Does blizzard have a fix for this?
