I am missing the Alchemist Control recipe on my Rogue, and I have been playing for HOURS and this thing isnt dropping, I am missing this one and one other, before they were dropping like hot cakes now i cant even seem to get ONE to drop. Is this a issue for anyone else?
Have you checked your stash? Maybe you failed to pick it up, and it went into your stash.

I had this problem last season. Had a few that wouldn’t drop and I spammed nm dungeons for 30 levels. I did some normal dungeons for whispers and they all dropped back to back. Check the chests in the dungeons too as I had some drop in there.
I don’t know if the same thing will happen for you in this season but that’s how I got them last season.

I thought this one was disabled. From the patch notes:
The Alchemist Control Rogue Temper Manual will not be available in Patch 1.5.0. It will return with Patch 1.5.1.

Would’ve gotten away with it too if it wasn’t for those damn patch notes and those pesky hotfix updates.
