Definitely. At least for the Rouge, you can get a glimpse of the possible affixes, not for other classes.
I’m the one I was most looking forward to in the PTR. I use reload and imbue reduction on my helmet, amulet and pants, if it’s just on my weapon it must be an excellent reduction.
