This happened to me as well - 5 Amulets in 5 minutes for my Necro.
Was nearly 6 amulets but the final 2 rolls hit both Affixes I needed on the last ammy.
Out of the 5 - I got 2 target affixes in Total (1 on one ammy and one on another).
Otherwise it was constant repeats.
I love when the sweaties say “just farm another one” …yea lemme just pop out and get a double passive ammy!(Which I STILL have not found! The 6 were all int + random+ passive or many millions spent to roll a passive).
