Tempering is a bad mechanic! i quit!

tempering is so frustrating! after finding 2 items that would be a upgrade to my gear and tempering fails 8 times… iam done! its not worth my time…

He said “an upgrade”, which at this point most likely means 2 or 3GAs. Because everyone is swimming in 1GA. If you say 10min for 2 or 3 GA items, then it’s time you log in into season 4 and try it out.

yep finally found a helm with cooldown and bricked it with useless temper. then spend 90.000 obols to buy helms and tried to roll cooldown and didnt get it once. D4 - if gambling is your thing. Spend millions and all my pit mats to try hit same GA stat on boots at 4 and 8. Didnt get it. Im not bitter - its just not fun and for that reason my eager to preorder slowly died. Well RNGJesus clearly dont like me :slight_smile:

i get that u dislike tempering.

Maybe you don’t need to know but Blizz should definitely have metrics on what is affecting their player base.

This would be ever so clever if the expac wasn’t another obscene $100 while the far superior POE 2 will be free, crossplay, cross progression on both console & PC.

But you cope if that helps.

Also, tempering could be great but Blizzard messed it up like they always do by prioritizing what THEY think is fun rather than the players.
