I actually dont. I dont get triggered when RNG doesnt go my way. Its an arpg, you dont always get what you want. 
RNG is what makes arpgs good but we need more then linear hallways.
I need something to full up my workday and I still play D4. My views arnt skewed just logic and have engaged in health debate but no I dont live in an ecco chamber but I also dont feel a sense of entitlement in an ARPG as RNG is the main mechanism.
I will say I am a little intolerant to the entitled because I dont want diablo to turn into another 1-3 day seasonal game. I cant discount that some want that. Some want to log on be max level, BIS within 8-10 hours which should be a thing.
