Tempering busted?

Each time the subject comes, we are given the results of this test which “proves” that there is no weighting. Props to the player who did 3000 tempers to give us the numbers. It is valuable information. I don’t think anyone is ready to repeat the incredible work he did.

Now we have someone with a bit of knowledge in Statistics and Probabilities, takes the results, does the math and tells us is that those numbers precisely prove that the RNG results are not consistent with a true equal probability random process. We keep seeing RNG is RNG but a random process still follows some rules.

Like most I believed that the results were close enough. It seems they are not after so many tries. I wrote it several times. I don’t believe there is any RNG in the tempering system but I am ready to believe that there is some issue with the way RNG works in the game.

Another of way seeing it is that it does not really matter. There might be some bias in the RNG results but this is part of game.
