Cannot access tempering guides or tab in the blacksmith.
How can i solve this to be able to access the new tabs and tempering feature?
You need to find temper manuals that will unlock aspects for tempering. After that you will need mats farmed in the pits in cerrigar to be able to upgrade your gear. To unlock the pits you need to have cleared a t46 nmd and you will need runeshards found in helltides and nmd chest after boss.
