I’ve spent like 8 hours today and haven’t gotten 1 usable item, while bricking 20+ potential items. I rolled Hydra heads on every single attempt on 3 chest pieces today without ever seeing Lightning spear lucky hit. It’s cool if you’re enchanting, you can always farm more gold and it’s trade off decision you can make.
The other half of my time was spent farming millions of gold and MW materials. I rerolled the same item the entire time. There aren’t enough properly statted items to break them down and get your resources back. If paying 5mil to reset it returned the materials, it wouldn’t make me want to /wrist.
No way I’m buying an xpac for this game. I’m never logging in again.

Most people did not buy expansion (only minority) because many players has bad experience with release D4 .
I am also not willing to buy it until season 7.
Also meanwhile in next few months comes (probably public beta) Pxx2 so many players wait for this event.
I try not to complain (too much), especially on the forums but this is getting out of hand. Over the course of three days I have spent more gold and master working material than I want to admit. My results? Nothing good. More than a dozen times I got the same affix upgrade (speed), including one stretch of 6 in a row. This is both frustrating and discouraging. I don’t want to masterwork anymore. I understand random but this is ridiculous. Thanks for letting me complain.

Yup. I can’t take this game seriously, entirely because of these systems. I’m playing the xpack because I bought it, but the moment something else comes out, I’m gone, and I’m gonna pass on the season pass or other cosmetics (even though I can easily afford them and usually buy that stuff in online games). There’s no point in getting more invested in something that I’m just gonna quit because the frustration outweighs the fun.
I just bricked the boots that I was probably going to be wearing in the early end game. Makes me just want to log off and play something else.

Same thing here, found a perfect 2h two star, all 3 main stats I want. Despite resetting temper, I still couldn’t get the 2 super powerful stats needed. Not even a single roll of them.
It’s just bait, they got us again. It’s honestly embarrassing to admit I paid for an experience like this.
