Tempering Affixes

As per your own patch notes (Diablo IV 1.5.0 Patch Notes — Diablo IV — Blizzard News):

" Tempering Updates

  • The following Tempering Affixes have been moved from existing Tempering Recipes onto new Recipes in the Utility Category."

Druid Magic Innovation

  • Hurricane Size - from Storm Augments
  • Lightning Storm Duration - from Storm Augments

Both are still in Storm Augments. What gives? The one for Petrify Duration though is gone from Earth Augments.

Also: was I supposed to start my first seasonal character with all the legendary tempering recipes unlocked?

It unintentionaly carried over, the new versions of the recepies do drop though.
