It’s not perfect but god damn this makes me happy
Its at least something until a real solution is found.
Personally, this is how I would have designed it:
Magic (blue) Temper Scroll: +1 Temper
Rare (yellow) Temper Scroll: +2 Temper
Brown (legendary) Temper Scroll: +3 Temper
Yes, it effectively means players can farm scrolls and perfect their gear more - but that’s exactly the point of an ARPG.
True, that’s why i didn’t want to come off as offensive or mad, i’m glad they at least addressed it, it just seems like a much simpler and more effective solution was right in sight…
The scrolls as described now are once per item usage. So all it really does is kick the can a bit. It’s not a real solution to the inherent desigm flaws.
What if we had manual ubers to chase? With all the rolls maxed out and just one use. I hate having nothing to chase in the season. Even though T3 was bad, I enjoyed chasing the uber rock.
