So ive been testing many things in this PTR and ive noticed we dont have all the tempering manuals available right away. WHY??? This is a PTR so i can test whats new i know how to farm these already now Im wasting time farming things I shouldnt have too within a PTR. Also since Im farming temper manuals Ive ran several blood maidens in helltides opened many chests, killed hundreds of elites and Im still missing manuals i need to make a build im trying to make. So, tempering manuals are bugged and not dropping anywhere in the game. Some of them dropped then all of a sudden they stopped. Please look into this Blizzard so I can effectively test things so then i can give proper feedback. Should make them all available at start tbh. Thank you!!
Same issue for me. Barbarian Protection never dropped for me… no manuals in any world tier dropping…
