Temper Manuals stop dropping before you have them all. Feels like its from moving to the next world tiers too fast but maybe from not finding/using. Specifically I am missing Barbarian Protection and maybe more that I am not aware of.
Barbarian protection was removed from the game in S5.

I thought I was missing it cause it still shows up in the list of missing template and I just needed to find it to be able to use it
