Looking to Temper a ring I just found and I’m not sure which has more benefit and what the percentages mean exactly. Tried looking it up and didn’t get much.

So basically, my Nerco is fortified like 100% of the time from my minions. Does that mean the Blood Finess temper (82-105% damage while fortified) is better than the Natural Def Temper (31-45% damage)?

I read that you need more fortify than your health for some things to work properly so I was a little confused. Do I get the 82-105% dmg bonus from Blood Finess if I have any fortify at all active regardless of the amount?

Hex is right you need the fortify buff to be active for it to apply its damage buff. So if you currently have 1k health, and you’re fortified for 1k health you’re fine. If your fortify amount is not the same or greater than your current health you won’t benefit.

I don’t think that’s true. You can accumulate fortify, but there’s a specific fortified status when your fortify equals or exceeds your current health.
