The temerity aspect “Effects that heal you beyond 100% life grant you a barrier up to 40 - 80% of your maximum life that lasts for8 seconds”. Does that conflict with Aspect of Shielding Storm? I am thinking that it would when Bone Storm is active but otherwise
Conflict in what way? They would both contribute to the barrier pool up to the max health of your character. The pants are still trash though, with shielding storm + lidless wall you can already maintain 100% barrier uptime.
Icy Veins guide recommends Temerity so that Aspect of shielding storm can be dropped and use Conceited aspect on off hand but that aspect will not go on an off hand. Does that make sense? Conceited aspect is good but will not fit anywhere without dropping another useful aspect. Thanks for the reply.
Conceited can go on an offhand if it’s a focus. Focus can use offensive aspects and shields can use defensive one’s. However there’s much better aspects and I can’t see why any build would choose to run conceited.
Having a focus on the offhand with this build makes it a bit squishy so far at lvl 90 so i feel i need to use a shield. The build in question is Icy Veins “Blood Surge” endgame build guide.
Will wait till i get to lvl 100 and see what options are available.
Better run with blood orb pants and fastblood with lidless. Keeps the uptime of bonestorm almost constant, and with that the barrier.
Thanks for that but i was concentrating on a standard build type game and season 2 has sorta wrecked my build. Have not got the conviction to get all the aspects on upgraded gear. I did have a very well rolled hurricane lvl 100 druid who is also sorta redundant. Need a crystal ball to see where i can waste my time with a build.
