In my opinion, I have discovered a bug in Diablo 4
With the unique item The Oculus, the teleport affix does not increase when masterworking.
As an example, my Oculus has 12 on Teleport, then I do 3x Masterworking, so this value should increase by 15%. That would be 1.8, but this value does not increase …, it only increases when I bring the Masterworking to level 4 with the increase of the value of my Teleport affix by 25%. After this +25% my teleport is at level 15, but it should be higher with a total increase of 40%.
Or am I misunderstanding something and calculating it wrong?
Please fix this, this is realy importent for my teleport mage! I lose a lot of damge this way …
