Target dummies need added options for testing

We need these things for testing purposes.

  1. A mode that removes CDs.

  2. A mode that enables all attacks to overpower.

  3. A DPS meter that records highest dmg dealt (crit/non crit, overpower, overpower crit).

  4. Somehow telling minions to be passive (they overload the screen so I cant see my own dmg).

Also should have an option to dummies react (wow has such dummies)
Its good to test thorns for example.
