T4 Uniques (Harlequin Crest, Grandfather, Doombringer, etc) are bugged and not in the item drop pool

Continuing the discussion from So is Blizzard going to keep ignoring the wt4 unique issue?:

Uh.

You need to stop sniffing Blizzard’s toes and asking to clean the cheese from between them.

You are not even reading what they’re saying. PoE has an expected drop rate of it’s rarest item, Mirror of Kalandra that’s 1 in 10,000 hours played; yet there’s always people finding Mirror’s on day 1 of a league reset.

The law of averages says these items would’ve dropped by now, or they just plain don’t exist.

Get your head out of Blizzard’s cheeks and smell something different.

Not if they are gated behind something.

Such as they don’t unlock into the drop pool until after echo of lillith is defeated. Or, locked behind a hidden monster T-level. Such as NM dungeons 90+. Both of which do not have anywhere near enough players to justify the law of averages.

There are still many unknowns.

They said they can drop after T3, plenty of data

Which is where NM dungeons unlock. So, by technicality. Yeah.
