How about, if you made gear to T1 you get GA at least one. T4 and T3 gear three to four GA show up. Etc
It is not clear what you are asking for.
If you want GA gear run infernal hordes and open the big chest there is usually a good chance one or two drop.
The seasonal head hunts actually have Ancestral marked rewards sometimes those guarantee an ancestral item.
And I have found rootholds to give some good gear also early on.

Yeah I get where your going but honestly GA items especially 3 GA should be rare I mean what else is there to hunt for.
