Hello there! I have such a problem.In the second season, I knocked out the uber unique sword godfather. After that, season 3 began, in which I did not stay long. Now season 4 is underway and, as expected, I created a seasonal hero and started pumping him. I decided to enter the game outside the seasons, to my surprise I did not find this sword, not on my hero, not in the inventory! You know perfectly well how well they get knocked out and how much time you need to spend in the game for this, it’s not fair to take away here from an account that is earned with blood and sweat! Give me back my unique item!

If it was in your inventory you had to claim it from the chest within a specific amount of time.
So if you had it in your chest in S2, didnt play S3, and looked for it in S4, its unfortunately gone and by your own mistake.

Well then the mistake is on you and Blizzard will not give you the item back…
When a season expires your Character and all things you have in the chest will be transfered to Eternal, you have a specific amount of time to take the things you want to save out from the chest, if you dont, all items will be gone.
