I have equipped the Frostblitz aspect on an amulet, and since that time, each time the DeepFreeze with Supreme Deep Freeze spell ends, it does not reset cooldowns on the Frost Nova spell
I figure it should reset the cooldowns of at least 1 charge, maybe 2
