Been debating about posting about this issue here, but my curiosity, and I guess, to an extent, impatience got the better of me.
So I pre-ordered the Standard Edition of D4 in April, and was planning on playing with my SO. They tried to buy the game right before release on June 5 and got a billing error that wasn’t resolved by using the website or a different browser instead of the Battle.net app. A ticket was submitted ofc, and we have been waiting for a response since then.
So my question to anyone who’s submitted tickets to Blizz support lately: did you get a reply? How long did you have to wait? I do realize that they probably have a massive backlog of complaints to sift through, but is a 3+ week wait normal, or is it likely that the ticket has been closed? Just curious to hear about people’s experiences in this matter.
