Allow us to customize our endgame content that can add fun modifiers, affect drop rates and unlock item drops at the cost of more danger and difficulty through a new “endgame progression system” for our current endgame content.
Why this suggestion?
In the current state of the endgame, not all the content can drop our most sought after chase items((Greater Affix) Mythics, High Runes and amulets with passives) and feels a bit bland after 6 seasons. Enabling this could make all the endgame content more interesting.
On a side note, I understand it can be good to have powerfull items locked behind specific content, but that is only fun if the content is challenging and something that players need to work towards to. Currently, fighting Tormented Bosses to get our Mythics is no challenge, too accesable and therefore not fun in the long run to keep repeating.
They would first have to achieve excellence to take it to the next level. There was no attempt at excellence. No one there knows what it is. It is all about one thing and one thing only, money.
If your perception of the game is of excellence you are entitled to your opinion. Personally, if they have to make such radical changes after release it falls well short of that.
