Suggestion for Druid Wolves (and ‍Storm's Companion)

I played a lot of Wolves this season and since we had a problem with the Holy bolts elixir, my build really lacks of AoE. Holy bolts was carrying me very hard but without it, build feels clunky.

So, you could update the ‍Storm’s Companion unique and make wolves deal an AOE damage around them when they teleport, doing like 10~20 % of the skill damage and that would be enough for clear the mobs since the damage is good enough to kill elites, but the range is so little that its kinda bad for AoE clear.

This way the unique can become more useful since we lose the tempers and make the build playable without the holy bolts.

just take overload instead of masochistic and pull them together with flickerstep and airidah’s. that solves most area damage problems wolves have

im running 110s now in 4 mins without a potion as companion cruid

Isnt exactly a solution make me use an useless ring and flickerstep that makes me be close to enemies. Using 2 more uniques and losing 4 tempers and 2 aspects, you may like it but its terrible. A simple rework of the unique can change that.

This makes the build instant A tier and is a good thing. Give wolves an AoE attack through the skill rune in the skilltree, boons, glyph or even the Storm’s Companion Unique itself. I would also like to see the Storm Howl ability to be a lucky hit proc honestly, because the lightning storm they cast currently has too high of a cooldown. If that lightning storm’s damage from storm howl scales properly as well then it would be awesome!

*Edit: Even Thorns damage can play a very nice role here. Druid has an aspect for it, now it needs to scale well and thorns more available for the Druid.

From the ring you gain around 300 wilpower, luckhit and ult cdr. The boots give you insane dmg reduction, allstats and the ult cdr when dashing. i can use lacerate around every 8-10 seconds which makes me invulnerable for 2-3 seconds, pulls everything and i can easily finish them with 1 or 2 wolves activations

yeah you may lose some tempers but the gains more then outweigh this

Have the second wolf node do damage to all nearby poisoned enemies as well. Or just have the werewolf aspect make them do aoe damage by default. They’ll give other classes skills that make sense even if it makes them OP. They need to quit being so safe with druids. Give it and then dial it back if needed.

Heck give stampede the aoe function to both ravens and wolves.
