Tried to get a drop of it earlier to test myself but no luck. Can’t get back on game for a bit, so I have a question for those more fortunate.
Does the Subterranean aspect tag Poison Creeper as Earth? I know it usually says it on the aspect description (so I assume no) but, just wondering if they might have forgotten to add that text.
as far as i am aware of, it won’t drop in eternal until maybe after the season is over (or maybe when the season starts).
it seems like getting this particular aspect may be tied to advancing the free battlepass tier but please take this info with a grain of salt.
also, i am quite sure it won’t tag poison creeper as earth. the aspect i think is meant to be used more for human/caster builds rather than perma bears but i’m sure some more clever druids out there will find a workaround
That’s right, I do remember seeing it on the seasons progress page. I also assumed the tag would not be there.
I am thinking there was an instance where a skill got a tag that wasn’t explicitly stated to do so. So that is why I asked, I might be crazy though.
Edit: the patch notes do say the legendary aspects can be found on eternal and…
Legendary Aspects can be obtained from any World Tier.
interesting. it might be one of the “rarer” aspects then. or it might not yet be flagged for as an active drop until the 21st. either way, this aspect is quite honestly the only saving grace for druids right now 
I have a 19% Subterranean that I gambled earlier on gloves and it procs landslide (x2 with the aspect) in an area about the size of the Kyova waypoint stones. I only got 1 Sub aspect so far from probably 20 or so glove aspects.
Edit: And no, Poison Creeper doesn’t have an Earth skills tag, but it doesn’t say that it changes it to Earth so I wouldn’t expect it to.
