Stygian Stones.....Does this game really want people to run Tormented Bosses?

Stygian Stone in pit 100+ basically are not droping. What going on? Run probably 50 101 pits and I’ve gotten 1 stone to drop. Are you telling people to just go back and do regular runs or what? Got materials for Tormented runs now I’ve spent my whole weekend wasted trying to get the dam stones to drop. Lacking 2 ubers for my build and you are blocking progression with these dam stones. The new season is great. Makes me wanna make mutiple gear for my character for different builds. Have Bash and WW gear ready to go. Now stuck on Grandfather and Tyreals. Cause basically I cant run Uber gear runs cause you have blocked progression. This will be first season Ive considered make another character other than Barbarian. But I like to finish one thing before I move to next. Please fix the roadblock…

Stygian stones are almost in a good place. They could use another small bump in droprates.

P.S. It is hard to continue farming for these as I fall asleep running The Pit due to boredom.

I prefer they just get rid of those dumb stones and let us do tormented with increased mats instead.

Yesterday i did alot of pit 101 to finish out 12/12 remanescent gear, and not a single stone…

They come in waves for me. I’ll get 4 quickly and nothing for a few runs then they’ll start dropping again.

I made a fortune selling them to players cause all I do is roll alts.
Works fine imo. wellmaybe buff the cache rewards from rep;)

stygian stones drop rates are horrendous… They need a 100% drop rate increase…
I farmed well over 2000 neathiron in T90+ pits for 3 hours straight and got 7 of these stupid tones…

What a horrible gaming experience…

Getting 2 stones an hour is about right though, i dont have a problem with the drop rate, but people can get long runs of no drops from rng which i think would be best served with a safety net.

That’s some horrible RNG. I usually get 1 every 5-10 runs. Doing 60 second clears on pit 101. Goes by pretty quick.

I’m doing bash, the best I can get is abotu 3 minutes, what build are you running?

i ahve like 70 percent movement speed also.

Whirlwind dust devil. I run 4 ubers, but you can play it with just the grandfather

Look up rob2628 on youtube it’s pretty much the build he’s running. I just swapped a few stuff around and use leap most of the time. But his build is solid.

I’m on the fence about this. The drop rate is significantly better than before the buff but I have done over 30 pit 101 runs without a single drop, then suddenly 5 stones in 10 runs. I’m sure the devs did say that they don’t want players to feel forced to do rotations, but at the current drop rate you are forced to 4x your stones by grouping up

i ran like 8 pit 101s and got 4 earlier. you must have the worst luck in the world

ill be honest, I do not believe you. But if this is true you are probably the only player in the entire game who has been this unlucky.

18% at pit 100 is fine imho.

There are long swaths of RNG that is bad, I’ve had 2 runs of 30 with none.
