Where are they? I’m drowning in summoning mats to the point that I’m selling them in stacks to vendors. I can’t bring myself to play the walking simulator that normal mode bosses are.

Found 4 in hundred of pit runs. Drop rate is joke. Makes more sense, making a new character and doing the reward track from irom wolves.
I get one from World Bosses. I think it’s guaranteed now, but I’ve been on vacation.

I think world bosses give either an Andariel/Duriel material, such as an egg, shard, doll, or shackle, or a stygian stone.
I’ve done 2 or 3 world bosses today and not received any stygian stones, but have received the other materials.
Are they that rare? I did tormented varsh and grig because im not 100 yet and only realised after that they weren’t part of the season journey thing, so I wasted 4 of them 
I did get Tyreals might, but I guess I have no use for it…
I got uber unique before my first stygian stone, yes they are absurdly rare.
