Can Bliz please increase the drop rates and locations of these… Time gating uber bosses behind a terrible drop rate material isn’t fun, and it wastes time… I hope this isn’t intended to be a ‘hook’ to keep people playing… Season 4 has been fun so far, but this drop rate and means of acquiring the material is terrible…
