In S4 I was swimming in boss mats, but I barely had any stones. Now in S5 it is the exact opposite, I have close to a hundred stones but barely any boss mats.
Solution: create a chest in infernal hordes that rewards boss mats.

T6 drops SS from mats chest. You get 0-4 each run.
Farm a lot of Stygian stones through IH. Sell a portion of those stygian stones at 30 - 35 mil a pop. Use funds to buy boss materials and combine them with your remaining stygian stones at the mythic unique casino.
Trading outside of the game is cumbersome but I know it is effective, I prefer “offline” solo experience

I dont think you read his post correctly. He doesnt need the stones. He needs the other boss mats.

I was forced to trade in S4 because of severe gold issues, sold an perfectly rolled Godslayer Crown 4 GA unique for 10 billion.
In S5 I have no gold issues thanks to Infernal hordes, I prefer playing the game to get stuff done. Not the other way around (RMT or Trading on 3rd sites)

You don’t need to trade outside the game for items such as boss summoning mats and stygian stones. Plenty of people selling and buy these in bulk in trade chat.
I spam those chest and I’m lucky to get 1 max 2
