Is there any problem? I am actually at 57th level in the pit and I got ZERO Stygian Stone (only got 1 in worldboss and 1 in whisper cache).
So is just bad luck or there is a bug in drop rate?
UPDATE: level 69. 8 Guild mebers effort ZERO Stones in the pit.
Conditions: Eternal World 8 people with the same problem, doing solo dungeons and diferent party people quantities (guild team workf).
BTW Uber Vampire fight with “season3” items. Fun and long.
id say its just the rng. i mean, at the end of the day its “just” lvl 57. (not saying thats bad, i mean heck, its day 1, overall its one of the lower lvls in the pit tho)
Id give it a few days and see how it turns out.
Add it to the bug report forum. This obviously isn’t intentional. No reason you shouldn’t get rewards.
In PTR I got randomly STYGIANS, since level 1, in fact at level 27 i had about 12 stones. So.

All 3 that I have got dropped from the pit on eternal, but it took a lot of runs to get them.
just an update, just got one myself on tier 48.
t70 still haven’t gotten a single stone…
Blizzard it is working as intended or The Stone has the same drop as an ubber?
STATUS UPDATE:
Yesterday
60 tiers (average) * 7 people = 360 sucessfull runs, no stygian Stones
Today we are working in T74. 1 Stone in all day.
Just seems like the drop rate is really low. I got one from World Boss and one from running The Pit in the 40s. Though the drop rate does increase with higher Tier.
Which is fine, I doubt many people are going to be killing the Tormented Echo bosses efficiently even if they can clear T74 (level 173). And ironically, once they get to the point that they can then the rewards are likely not worth the effort.
I just came here looking for the answer to this, i cleared pit 91 so far and no stones from the pit.
I’ve worked my way down to Pit 70…and not one damn Stygian Stone. This is getting dumb, it shouldn’t be this rare that makes farming them literally worthless and a waste of time. You’re better off creating an alt and spending the few hours to get the Iron Wolf rep up for the chest rewards that give you an easy 6 instead of wasting hours doing Pit and getting zero drops.

Myself 1 stygian Stone, finally in PIT, level 90 o 91, i cant remember. 5 dropped in WB.
1 guild mate: 4 Stones in PIT
Another one: 3 in WB, none in PIt.
Did you do it in time?
There are no drops if timer ends
My stones are always from the chest that spawns when boss dies
Pretty sure it just has a crazy low chance to drop. I’ve only gotten 1 I think, farming pit 75
I’ve gotten quite a few.
Update. June 5th. 22 days later.
We have reached 123 level in the pit. And farming 99 (more than 30 by day/person).
My self in the last week: 2 Stones in World bosses. None in PIT. Only 1 stone dropped in 22 days.
The luckiest one of my guild mates mate: 12 Stones in PIt, none in Wordbosses in 1 week.
Is it random? is a 0.2 uber drop chance?
Blizzard, can you really check if this is working as intended, or we will read in a future patch, that you fixed this???
Actually we dont need to kill UBERS bosses. It is not worthy, and there are not stones enough to make it worthy,
