Stuck under the ground/map, cannot reset character position

While doing the side quest - Wagered Honor, I leapt off my horse to attack enemies and was absorbed into the ground. I am unable to play or move my character while stuck under the ground.

I have restarted the game, restarted my client, created a new character with no issues, and my main character is still stuck under the map.

It also seems that each time I hit dodge, it sends me deeper under the ground/map and I’m in an all black screen now with rain falling. Is there an unstuck or reset character position that I can use to fix this?

Update 45 mins later: It was not allowing me to open a map before, but has now let me open the map and use a waypoint to get unstuck. Issue is resolved.

I’m using a shred build druid, and it happened occasionally on lower tiers, but trying to clear anything above 55 pit level, i fall through the map to black screen, and lose my progress at the pit run, so im capped at torment 3
