Has anyone encountered the same issue? I’m stuck on the character selection screen when entering the game, and I can’t click “Start Game”. I’ve tried restarting my PC but it didn’t work.
Yeah, mines not showing any characters and just freezing on the screen after getting through the que dialog.

I was having the same issue. Tried scan and fix through the launcher, no change. Then I did modify install and removed the high resolution assets and was able to get in. I have no idea what the initial issue was but that worked for me, at least.

Yes, seems it was a temporary hiccup.
How to remove the high resolution assets?
In the launcher. Click on the gear next to the play button, then go to modify install, then modify install again. Then you can uncheck the option for high resolution assets.
