It’s stuck on “calculating size” when trying to install. There’s no block on the app, the beta has been uninstalled, tried restarting again and again. Any further suggestions?
Let it sit there until it’s done. No, seriously, that’s the troubleshooting step. It has to do with some of the bugs that the Battle.net app, Agent, and CASC have. Just let it sit until it’s done. Sometimes it won’t even get past initializing for about five minutes. That’s how broken the Battle.net app and its subsystems are.
do you main a druid? the size has been difficult for a lot of players to comprehend. have you tried all the basic stuff? turn it off and on, check firewall/antivirus, pray to Lilith?
same issue here have done the troubleshooting and still nothing so will sit and wait
I had the same thing happen, i had to manually make a folder called “Diablo IV” and tell the client ‘Game already installed’ and point it there. After that it let me download (Button changed to ‘update’ and then started downloading the game)
A38E3352-B14E-46C7-A323-271D23055CEB Is the tag I recieved but have had to reinstall the game ,
looked at firewalls
closed down other apps
updated drivers and gpus every reinstall attempt always stuck on calculating size
even changed launguages and made a folder as someone suggested no previous betas left on the pc
wait a week until they maybe try and get a third hamster to power their garbage servers
Same here.
I have 2 machines. Since I want to run on the other powerful machine, and try to install the game. However, it shows “Install”. I clicked “Install” button and just stuck on the “Calculating Size” and the “Start Install” grey out.
Any Idea ?
Yes I have a suggestion:
Refund the game while you can.
