Cannot progress quest. Left mid quest to do event and quest is bugged

Stuck on opposite side of snake, same issue, game kicked me out mid quest now I’m stuck on the other side of the snake and cannot get back in and speak to Neyrelle.

same. ran too far ahead while they were jibber jabbering right after neyrelle dropped the ladder for us, snake closed the path behind me and I have no way to get back to talk to Lorath

turns out if you stand next to the snake and leave the game, when you come back you’ll be standing next to neyrelle
