Stuck at purple quest "Undercity wall of the forgotten"

Hey guys, I’m trying to do the purple quest “Undercity wall of the forgotten”, but it always gets stuck at the loading screen when I try to investigate the abandoned home and I have to crtl+alt+delete in order to get out. What do i do??

Same, cannot progress the quest Undercity: Wail of the forgotten, unlocks undercity - ziggurat district. Trying to enter the home results in a freeze during loading screen. Have to close the client and restart the game each time.

Just ran into this as well. Oh well, don’t need to do Undercity right away anyways.

Similar issue here on my end, i cannot enter the area for the quest “Undercity - The Promise” after collecting the 10 Golden Snake Blood Quest items, as soon as i enter the Dungeon my game gets stuck on a infinite loading screen. I have tried basically everything, resetting dungeons, switching difficulty, waiting for 20 minutes on the screen itself to maybe sort itself out but nothing. It’s just in a never ending limbo.

Same here, soft lock on loading screen upon entering abandoned home during this questline… Nothing helps so far. Is it server side issue?

That’s a bit unfortunate.
I guess i’ll have to do something else until it’s fixed but damn…
