Stuck After evade randomly

When I am in combat and evade, often my character will be stuck for about 2-3 seconds, rendering me immobile for that time.
This happens about a third of the time while in combat.

I have been playing since launch and this bug is a huge problem for me. it negatively affects many fights and has got me killed countless times.

it happens on all my characters.

I have the same problem. It typically occurs when my boots have multiple max evades, and I use more than one. I was hoping it would be fixed by now, but alas it has not.
