During the PTR Stongholds were giving around 2 levels worth of XP at every time. During the campfire chat it was mentioned that this would be reduced but it would still be quite impactful for leveling. I recently completed 4 strongholds and combined only got enough XP for one level.
Pre-release stream they said “experience adjusted from 2 level to 1.25 levels”
Guess someone goofed and put .25, be great if they could fix it.
