What’s the point of choosing these pants over a rare or even blue pants? XD , I mean you lose all the defensive skills in a rare pants to get 10k of damage with the “Storm Howl”! 10K of course with no other lightning sinergy to increase the damage XD … and your wolves are not even a storm skill… this is even worse than the Aspect of the Alpha that convert your wolves into werewolves but they are no benefit of the Werewolf tag… silly

your wolves damage becomes lightning and you gain more move speed, which I failed to see difference without the item.
Yeah, it’s sad these are so uniquely bad (get it?). I’d like to make lightning wolves work in a build but taking this unique feels like severely handicapping your character. Sorry, I mean “differently able-ing” them.
It seems Blizzard wants to make this item “viable”, in my opinion that’s not the way to make this unique item good, storm wolves will make maybe 100k to 200 k damage with max stats, paragon and uber uniques focus on the wolves’ damage. And keep in mind Storm howl procs every 7 to 10 sec…
Blizzard please, to be viable Storm’s companion needs to make the storm wolves " STORM SKILL" or “NATURE MAGIC SKILL” . You can’t use glyph nodes like thunderstruck with these wolves, the lightning damage from the wolves can’t proc any of the storm passives like Bad Omen, Electric Shock etc. No Runeworkers aspect either and since this is not a nature magic skill there is 0 sinergy.
Are you gonna change the 40% multiplicative damage from Tibault for a +4 to wolves with no other sinergy?
I understand you would love to see more synergy, but it would make it also harder to balance the game. A buff to companions and storm skills would become a double dip.
They chose the easy solution. If they add enough damage it will work, synergy or not.
They need to make stormhowl become the wolf active when you equip the unique. It’s very annoying that it’s out of your control when your wolves use storm howl. I feel the same way about wolves using rabies with Aspect of the Alpha
Do you think there is balance in this game with Barbs hitting easy for almost billions of damage ? and wolves with max passive damage of 20K and storm howl of 10K would become a dangerous double dip? XD hilarious
