Going through the nain quest at Storming the gates when i run in to activate the sigil/vision it teleports me past the sealed door and i cant progress

same issue on my end
i left the dungeon and walked all the way back to entrance and it resolved the issue.
Confirmed - leaving the game and coming back lets you through.
