The Stormcrow aspect lost the storm tag as noted by another player, but it also lost its lighting damage. It is now physical damage. I’m guessing this was unintended change as the description literally says it changes to lightning damage. I’m hoping it goes back to being storm tag and lightning damage. 
Other then that I’m enjoying the game!

I just salvaged this aspect for the first time and after imprinting it on an item and equipping the latter, I wondered the same. There’s no Storm tag on the skill, just a Nature Magic tag, the damage indicator says Physical Damage and the damage actually doesn’t scale with Lightning Damage
EDIT: The skills animations indicate lightning damage though and enemies also seem to be stunned as intended, so maybe it’s just the tooltip that is displaying incorrect information
I have the same issue: No storm tag, no lightning damage, no scalling with non-physical buff.
Season 8. Stormcrow’s Aspect still doesn’t work. Is this some kind of joke?
