Hey guys, So I’m working on this shred build. I’m using storm claw aspect on my amulet to turn my shred to lightning damage and to get the AOE affect. So with that being said, does that mean now I can use that glyph to boost my damage with lightning? Thanks
Yes this will boost the proc dmg
Sweet cause druid doesn’t have a lot of multiplayers for glyphs so that helps a lot.
Be careful. I don’t think that gets lightning damage tags. Some testing would need to get done. As far as I heard, stormclaw was only a flat percentage of shred crit damage. I tried overload with it and I couldn’t tell a difference.
Overload won’t work cause it’s a lucky hit effect which the Stormclaw proc does not have. The glyph increases lightning damage. Although the lightning bolt glyph tends to be better due to its better multiplier.

Yeah sounds like I’ll have to do some testing on it to see if the aspect is going to proc Fulminated. Don’t really care about the add on damage, only really care about the multipler to healthy and injured enemies. Edit. I feel like people are sleeping on the shred druid this season I’m just getting this build online and it’s crazy how fast it is and the damage is good too. Granted im only at tournament 3 at the moment.
Shred is fun. Adirah’s will has made it feel good with the petrify rune going of constantly. I can do a 97 Pit.
Yeah, That’s cool. I’m not a big fan of petrify. I’m currently using grizzly rage but I was thinking about switching to cataclysm using that ring but with that ring it says you get unlimited resource… so does that mean ancestral guidance nod won’t proc?
Most if not all things that require resource still work with that ring. Those skill casts seem to count as if casting the skill with it’s base cost.
It should since most of the unlimited resource sources in the game don’t treat the skill as costing no resource, it’s just you have unlimited resource. Although I’m pretty sure there are some that don’t work just can’t recall which.
How about Lord’s talisman and ring of starless sky?
It does work with Lord’s Talisman, also Crown Of Lucion, I would assume it would work with Starless Sky, but I don’t have that right now so I can’t test.

Although pretty sure Crown of Lucion still doesn’t give the dmg buff which is debating for my Rogue. It does work with Ring last I recall and can see it stack on old video I did with Ring on PTR.
