I just got Stormchaser’s aspect that has ‘tornado will seek up to 2 targets’ but when i put it in the codex it still gives me only the ‘seek up to 1 targets’ option and it says 1/3. It took me hours to farm that one and i like to use it, plz fix your game.
I have relaunched the game and Steam and still nothing.
EDIT: Second attempt was successful when i destroyed the item with the hammer.
