Stop nerfing builds into the ground without providing any alternatives or buffing other skills to make them playable. This is not how you balance a game and make it fun. Nerf to ww/shouts, now nerf to bleed/thorns

Omg, they did not nerf it, they bugged it out, enchanced rapture simply doesn’t work anymore on single target. How did I not notice this. What are you even doing at this point
